    Stihl ms390 49mm cylinder

    Well made with nice castings, smooth intake and exhaust ports that are nice and clean. machined intake that required smoothing of the edge with a file to ensure the rubber intake manifold would not get cut. Piston and rings are of good quality. I used this for my MS290 with a bolt plug for the compression release and it has a lot of compression almost to the point of not being able to pull the starter. I am running this with 40 to 1 mix during break in and maybe after to prevent scuffing. I modified the muffler and the chainsaw runs great and has a lot more power going from 54.1 cc to a 64.1 cc engine. Update; ran 5 tanks of fuel through and still runs well.

    Good quality product with minor imperfections

    The shipping on this product took a while to get here and did not provide good tracking updates but when it did get here the cylinder had some minor cast imperfections but was well Machine and had very little Burrs on the ports and the Piston and rings we're both very high quality

    49mm Big Bore Cylinder kit

    Cylinder and piston fit right and peped up saw more power. The only thing is it did not come with a compression release valve i had to order it from another Co.
