    Purchased this item listed as new, in working order. Seller sent a defective item, that is unusable. The Velcro on the flap only adheres about 50%, as if the hooks are defective, so the pouch doesn't close securely and allows magazines to easily fall out. Contacted Seller who sent me a message saying he sent me the wrong pouch, then another message saying he sent me the right one and "that's how they were made", and that was it. They refuse any further communication when asked about an exchange.

    Buyer received exactly what was advertised in the listing. Photographs show precisely how the flap adheres to the pouch. We did not "refuse any further communication" as there was no response from him to my last message. Buyer is trying to paint my business as dishonest, when he is the one that made the mistake in not looking closely at the photographs. If he had simply asked to return the pouch for a refund, I would have gladly complied. "F" rating for this buyer.
