It’s practically brand new! This thing prints like a dream and, in my opinion, exceeds the print quality of my P1S. It’s an absolute beast and for the price you can’t beat it. It’s a very modern and attractive looking printer. Can’t wait for the Qidi Box to be released, it’ll make this beast even more useful.

However, due to poor treatment from previous owner, the unit had literal dirt or perhaps charcoal (from a broken filter) both inside and outside. Cleaning was a pain and not that reasonable even for a return. Fortunately, Qidi is a trustworthy company and they made it right - I will continue to be a customer!

Good communication from the seller.

I was told I needed to cancel part of my order and select another shipping method due to a Canada Post strike (according to sources on their end). When I sent links noting that it wasn't in place anymore I was still told to do this as directed and forced to pay more for shipping than the parts.
