However, due to poor treatment from previous owner, the unit had literal dirt or perhaps charcoal (from a broken filter) both inside and outside. Cleaning was a pain and not that reasonable even for a return. Fortunately, Qidi is a trustworthy company and they made it right - I will continue to be a customer!

They’re made very well, and while they aren’t free from a few quirks, no 3D printer is. It arrived brand new, and the only thing that needs to be done is installing the updated SSR. These are awesome machines with a cool “cyber truck” aesthetic.

Good communication from the seller.
