This has been assessed by an electrician as an extreme fire hazard if used. The filter was packed. I have NEVER had an experience with an EBAY purchase like this. EBAY should remove this seller for allowing transactions like this. I made a formal complaint with EBAY and he was forced to refund me. Stunned.
