This tool was received with accessories as show at a very reasonable cost. However it took about ten seconds to determine that is was inoperative, and should have been indicated as such. I was able to repair it, but if not I believe it was stated that no returns were to be accepted. In that case this tool would not have been of any use and the seller should have made it clear that it was in fact inoperative. Or modify their return policy to include "good faith" return considerations.
