I ordered a Ender 3 V2 but they were out of stock so they gave me the choice to wait on V2 stock or upgrade to a V2 Neo for free so it could be shipped out quickly. I took the upgrade. The printer came well packed in it's factory box with all of the accessories and documentation it would've from the factory. Printer looked new except for a couple cosmetic imperfections and the print surface plate had a blemish.
