I bought a pillow listed as "New with tags" and what I received was an absolute joke. The pillow was NOT new! It wasn’t in the original vacuum-sealed packaging. It was already opened, already expanded, and clearly USED! This seller has NO integrity & is actively misleading customers. They’re lying about the condition and clearly don’t care about delivering what’s promised. Stay far away from this seller if you value your money & sanity!
