Ordered an M4 Pro MacBook Pro and got exactly that, fully sealed and intact. It was dispatched on time as advertised. Only issue I faced is that the delivery person from DPD marked me as 'unable to contact' for some reason and I had to go and collect it myself from a nearby location.
