    Leider wurde keine Originalverpackte (neue) Ware versendet, sondern defekte, gebrauchte mit fehlendem Zubehör. Verkäufer sah das anders und war nicht einsichtig. Fall musste leider über EBay-Fall geklärt und Rückabgewickelt werden. Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer läuft schlecht. Die Tatsache, dass defekte, gebrauchte Ware als „Neu“ verkauft wird und nach entdecken nicht sofort zurück genommen wird ist eine arglistige Täuschung. Einzig der Versand war gut verpackt und sehr schnell erledigt.

    Die als "NEUE Ware" beschrieben war bei Erhalt nur noch Schrott. OVP-Innenverpackung zerbröselt und an der Lok waren 5 Anbauten/Teile abgebrochen. Dabei war die Außenverpackung/Kartonage der OVP völlig intakt. Somit lag kein Transportschaden vor, sondern vorsätzliche Täuschung vor und zum Verkauf. Der schlechteste Ebayer der mir in den 23 Jahren meiner Mitgliedschaft bei eBay untergekommen ist. Von meiner Seite aus....nur abzuraten hier was zu kaufen.
