      Very disappointing experience. I requested to cancel my order immediately after placing it, but the seller ignored the request and shipped it at the last possible moment, ensuring it arrived at the end of the estimated window. I had to go through the full eBay return process, send the item back, and wait nearly a month for a refund. To make things worse, the seller later contacted me in a condescending and rude manner, pressuring me to revise my negative review. Completely avoidable.

      Hey, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. You took on the responsibility to buy an item and did not want to honor that responsibility. As I mentioned in our messages, Ebay would not allow me to cancel your order and continue to sell my product so I offered to accept the refund once you received the item, which I did not have to do. You made an offer and I accepted your price to purchase and gave you the option for a refund. Please do not blame me for your inability to honor your end of the deal.
