The flaw was on the side panel of the tray flap - it was missing a small piece - which was not shown in the photos. But, it works for my purposes, so I'm happy. Also, the item was adequately packaged, without the jewel case, and arrived well before the estimated delivery window (ahem!). The seller responded quickly to my inquiries.

(Truth means a LOT) There are scuffs on the disc that had me a little concerned - the post said they'd tested the disc - but after listed to three random songs there is no skipping. (so again - the truth means a LOT). I was given a tracking number and good communication when the disc was shipping. At the end of the day, as long as I wasn't in a hurry for the disc, I would buy from this seller again.
