    In spite of UPS handling, the item was not damaged was upon unpacking and was in good quality. For the $20 UPS wanted for shipping, the packaging should not have been cut in three places. This is NOT a fault of the seller. In terms of pricing, I get it. The law of supply and demand. This was tough to find and am grateful that Binks had it. Thank you Binks!

    I ordered a part, but it’s been two weeks and nothing has been delivered. The seller hasn’t responded — I’ve been messaging him for a week with no reply. The payment went through, but I can’t request a refund because there’s been no response. I don’t recommend buying anything from this seller. There’s no confirmation, no tracking update, nothing. It says it was shipped on the 4th, but it still hasn’t arrived.

    WE MUST HAVE MISSED THE MESSAGES BUT YOUR PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED OUT THE DAY AFTER YOU ORDERED THE PART. USPS HAD THE PACKAGE FOR 10 DAYS WITH NO MOVEMENT. THEN IT FINALLY MOVED. WE DO OUR SHIPPING ON E BAY AND TRACKING NUMBERS ARE GIVEN TO ALL CUSTOMERS WHEN WE GET THE LABEL BY E BAY. SO THE INFORMATION YOU HAD IS THE SAME AS WE HAD. USPS CAN SOMETIMES MOVE VERY SLOW. MAYBE IN THE FUTURE UPS OR FED-EX MAY BE QUICKER OPTIONS. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCES YOU HAD TO ENDURE.
