      The order came on time with a small customs fee. The packaging was secure and thorough. Unfortunately, the crown of the watch was broken and did not wind. The seller immediately cancelled the order and issues a refund without any fuss. I am a little disappointed but it is not their fault, and they rectified the situation immediately.
