The listing described the device as new w no original box, but it was missing a part (1 of 2 heads), and another part (a razor) was clearly replaced with a cheap disposable version. The seller refused to send the missing part or give a discount / partial refund, and said I was confusing it with another model. I wasn’t, and sent him the manual for the exact model he had listed and sent, which showed the parts. The item I sent the buyer is exactly as listed and shown.
