    Impressive!

    I ordered this stem to install on my '59 Schwinn Phantom because I love the bike but just need the handlebars raised about 5". I have to admit I was not expecting much. I figured it wouldn't fit right or would have a poor finish or something would be wrong as it is hard to find new design parts to fit old bikes properly. Well I was pleasantly surprised! This stem fits my old bike perfectly. It is VERY sturdy. I'm a large guy and it does not bend at all when I lay into it. Also, the polished finish is beautiful and goes well with the vintage bike. The 2 piece collar makes adjusting the handlebar angle easy. I would buy this product again and highly recommend it to others. A+++

    Simple and effective

    Tall stem with not a lot of reach. Exactly what I needed for a project bike. Holds well. Not the most aesthetically pleasing, but I knew that when I bought it. Solid workhorse bike stem.

    stem sell

    This is one that has lots of applications. I used it on a small bike that needed higher road bars, a la Rivendell. I like the design in that the bar can be removed quickly without touching brakes, grips, tape, etc.
