      A Classic Battle Between Good and Evil

      Great old school animation. The characters in contrast stood out well to each other, namely Avatar and Blackwolf. The central themes of good versus evil were prominent. "Don't judge a book by its cover" was secondary but prevalent in the two main secondary characters. The closing title theme, Only Time Will Tell, fits in beautifully with the plot trappings of pain and hurt which are key components to this film.

      Animated for adventures sake.

      Rather nondescript view into a future of the world left over from war.Rotoscope,a drawing over actual film footage,rather well done in most aspects.One of Ralph Bakshi's better works.He is the master of the art of rotoscope.Well done for packaging also.
