The only cons was it didn't have paired memory chips so it wasn't able to run in dual memory mode but I upgraded the memory so that wasn't a big deal. If I were the seller I would consider using another shipping company, lets just say it was well packaged. I knew it had been delivered because of the sound of the box it was in being thrown on to my front porch. The pro's were it having a 256 GB SSD that wasn't mentioned in the description.

I contacted the seller, and sent some pictures of it to them. They worked with me to make it alright by a refund amount which we settled on. The customer service from these folks is amazingly good, and they made sure I got a refund from eBay. Damage aside, it's still 95% useable - and that's good enough for me.
