    It arrived with a bit of shipping damage (top front handle / case bent - which happens to these, apparently. I contacted the seller, and sent some pictures of it to them. They worked with me to make it alright by a refund amount which we settled on. The customer service from these folks is amazingly good, and they made sure I got a refund from eBay. Damage aside, it's still 95% useable - and that's good enough for me.
