      One of the best e-readers out there.

      I have always like my Kindle Touch. Great features, and holds more than 700 ebooks with ease. The e-ink screen is easy on the eyes even in bright sunlight. Very good battery life on a charge. I also like that it can play MP3 music and audio book files, as well as being able to read the books to me if I so desire. The later Kindle e-readers have no audio features at all, though many would like to see them brought back.

      Kindle Touch 4th Generation

      This is the last Kindle that Amazon made with "text-to-speech" capability. I love my Paperwhite Kindle screen with the brighter visibility, but missed the ability to listen that I had with the old Kindle Keyboard edition. Now faced with increasing vision problems - I want that text-to-speech back. Luckily I found one on eBay in great condition. The speech can be robotic with sometimes an odd pronunciation - but so glad to have it again!
