    Not a great experience on an expensive purchase. Seller advertises item as "or best offer" i made several offers only to be countered back with the buy it now price. Why offer as "or best offer" if you are unwilling to negotiate, my final offer was one dollar less than the 169 dollar purchase price. Why advertise or best offer? That was initially what had me even click on this listing. Kind of felt like a bait and switch. Shouldn't advertise that you are willing to negotiate if you are not
