      Delivers what it promises, but that's nothing spectacular.

      Product is as described. A 120-volt heater doesn't have the power to deliver heat that will melt the wall paint. It's fine to take the chill away from a small space. There's nothing innovative about this. Such items are much the same as they were decades ago. That's not bad.
