      Useful & Practical

      This Steam Shot does several tasks well, such as cleaning the hard water spots and deposits around faucets, steam-ironing drapes and curtains, and removing the soap scum from glass shower doors. There are other tasks that cannot do so well, such as cleaning the grout on floor tiles, the silicone sealant around bathtubs, or the grease burnt around the stove burners. Bissell products are very good and dependable; I also own a "Big Green" Vacuum & Steam cleaner Model 7700 which I have used for about 5-6 years and besides a few plastic parts that have broken, it functions very well. So bottom line, for the price and the competition, this machine does well above average.

      Awful!

      Product heats up light goes off then two seconds of use lights back on for water to heat again. Steam is not continuous in fact hardly any.

      I bought a used Bissell Steam Shot Delux...

      I bought a used Bissell Steam Shot Deluxe and couldn’t be happier—it works like new, looks great, and was a fantastic deal. The machine still produces strong, hot steam that easily cleans grout, appliances, and bathroom fixtures without harsh chemicals. All the attachments were included, in great shape, and fit perfectly. The safety cap, trigger, and hose work smoothly, and the exterior is clean with no cracks or heavy wear.

      A little disappointed!

      Bought this product to remove the baked up natural gas residue on my gas stove burner. Was hoping it would remove the residue. It did to some point but not a complete removal so I am somewhat disappointed. Will kept trying.
