Item was ordered as a gift so I didn’t see the packaging but the crystal item I order arrived safe and sound.

My only problem with my transaction was that I saw these in December of last year! Apparently they don’t stay open for sales but a short time each year. I contacted them and was told that the items wouldn’t be available until April of this year! I put them in my cart and kept checking back in throughout a 5 month period of time! Item was as described, but I had to return it because of the size. I needed the next larger in that set. The seller was awesome! We got the return started, and he was very understanding.
