Contacted seller and he was easy enough to deal with, seller said damage was done in shipment. Not sure I believe that, as the photos on the listing were different than the item I received (whole hard case was shrink wrapped in photo, the product I received only 4k case inside the hard box was shrink wrapped) I’ve returned the item and got a refund.
