Album shifted in transit which caused some minor damage to spine and corners. For the price paid I would expect wrapping in a trash bag to protect against moisture; it was raining when delivered and the box got wet. Fortunately I snagged it in time. Of course I don't expect you to control the weather; I do expect you to control the quality of packaging of an expensive, rare book. Adequate packaging would have pleased me, and almost certainly prevented the damage. Even with the damage, I didn't want to return it as the album is quite rare, so that would not have been satisfactory.
