    Just what I needed...

    This coffee maker is really a good space saver and it brews much better and faster that any brand I had and seen. Just the right one specially if you are entertaining guest, who are early birds. Program the coffee maker and wollah, they can have all the coffee they want without waiting for you to wake up.

    Poor electrical design

    Quit working after about two months. I received a complete refund almost immediately after reporting problem. Under counter coffee makers are no longer available on line from anybody though you can still buy other styles used on eBay. Since I did not have to return the defective unit I took it apart and determined that a "common" wire in the base of the pot warmer broke off. The wire was connected via a compression connector that apparently was not adequately assembled. The connection overheated and broke off. I managed to clean up the overheated wire and use the crimp connector making sure it was a tight as possible. Working fine now for the time being. The crimp connector would not accept solder. The wiring connections are very poor and are subject to breaking. Poor design. No wonder ...

    Good Coffee Maker

    I bought this to replace one that I broke my self when I got the electrics wet. I love the unit and it looks great. Only complaint is that the coffee is not really hot enough for me when it first brews. It warms up nicely after only a few minutes in the carafe sitting on the hot plate/base. Very easy to use and clean and program.

    Pricey,,,,,but nice unit

    Needed it for my RV. Mounting under the counter was a bit tricky for this RV, but all went well. It programs well, brews a good pot of coffee and is easy to clean. I like it. I would suggest this product for purchase and use to all.

    old model better

    This coffee make makes good coffee. It is more difficult to get the coffee pot back in the holder and it is more difficult to wash. The lid does not come off. The older model was a much more user friendly machine than this one. If I could find a place that refurbishes the old model I would do that. Does anyone know where?
