    Works well, but could use a couple changes.

    The coffee is easy to make, comes out hotter than our previous espresso machine. We love our Americanos. We Like the 5 different cup sizes however our kleen kanteen (16oz) won’t fit under the dispenser even with the tray removed. A bit disappointed that it won’t fit under our cupboards with the k cup storage drawer under the coffee maker. It is easy to move as it is so light weight. Hope it is durable as well. Time will tell. If you buy the “my Kcup” and use your own coffee, make sure the white arrow points up and the lock/ unlock pics are on the bottom to ensure a steady stream without the mess it creates if turned the wrong way.

    Defective, broken parts, nasty

    Coffee residue left near the needle, broken piece, makes weird sound when starting and brewing. I have another Keurig Elite of the same model (that I bought brand new) and it doesn't make any of these strange noises. This is not "refurbished." This is simply very used and in very poor condition.

    Love this keurig

    I love this model. I had an older model for quite a while and I had no problem with it. It just finally quit working. The elite is fast and I really like the ice feature. It makes great ice coffee drinks and also great glass of ice tea. I like my coffee on the strong side and this model has a button to make your coffee stronger

    Keurig, the best coffee maker!

    This coffee maker makes a cup of coffee so fast and easy, clean up is a cinch, the ease of making coffee is so quick and easy its unbelievable. it is a great time and work saver. We absolutely love our Keurig. Set up couldn't be easier and the coffee tastes great!. Can't find a bad thing to say about it.

    Awesome with great features

    This machine brews a great cup of coffee super fast. The coffee taste great . I really like the no clean up feature. I can brew a cup of coffee before I walk out the door to go to work and I do not have to worry about clean up ! Throw the used k-cup in the trash and that's it ! I would buy this machine again !
