    I do understand mistakes happen but the listing was described with frames. Seller reached back out days later to tell me it was only for pick up which is fine. We agreed on only the plates. The plates come and they were not wrapped the best. Inside amazon bags and they had a glue residue and had to get the scissors to dissect the bags apart (maybe from frame)Much more effort would have been appreciated as these are collectors plates. Shipment was $20, no adjustment. At least they came okay.
