Finder is in great condition, but no thanks to the packaging. The finder was loose in the Nikon box with no cover on the prism and no cushioning, and the beat-up Nikon box was put in an outer box with one small air cushion that did nothing. Whoever packed the finder needs to be taken aside and shown how to pack camera equipment. It's amazing there was no damage. Finder is in good condition, the price was good, and shipping was quick.

The A9 is outstanding and I bet the A(ll is evern better..

I am a Sony shooter and have been sense 2018. Canon before that..I had read a lot about the A9 before getting my hands on one (used). It is everything that I had hoped for and read about..It will take some getting use to some of the setting as they are a little different form the A7Rlll..I still have the R3 and use it.I got the A9 for wildlife and BIF. Although I have done a lot shooting BIF with it other then practicing some odd small birds..I will love this camera..

  • Fast. Very, very fast.

Everything is super fast with this camera. The autofocus and tracking abilities are perfect for action. After a little while of customization, the entire camera can be changed between your common shooting modes with just a click of a button. I like that it has the option of using a whole set of different settings while holding down a custom button, and the previous settings return once the button is released. I also like that there are three dials, so I can have one for shutter speed, one for aperture, and the last for ISO/exposure compensate. The camera is made to meet the demands of a professional, and it makes it hard to miss a shot due to the camera's fault. Sure, animal eye autofocus and a higher resolution would both be appreciated for wildlife photography, but those are in the a1, ...

  • One of the Best for high ISO work

As expected, the A9 is a very capable professional camera. I bought it for its low-noise, high ISO performance, mainly to cover concert venues, rodeo, basketball, roller derby and polo. I use it with the 24-70/2.8, 80-200/2.8, and also the 24-240 and 100-400 Sony lenses. You can set your shutter speed as appropriate for the action and let the ISO run as high as ISO 32,000 with excellent results. The noise is remarkably low and can be handled in post. The A9 focusing is great in low light and focus tracking is also very effective. The electronic shutter is very fast and silent, the mechanical shutter is not loud with no mirror slap, and the buffer is big enough for high-speed shooting. The EVF requires a bit of start-up time, so it's not as quick to fire up (as a Nikon D5) to catch ...

  • An amazing camera!

It is so nice to have a smallish more portable camera that can perform with my canon 1dx when needed. It is so much easier to use than even my a7rii with its expanded customizable buttons and manual shutter and af dials. I hardly ever need to go into the menus after initial set up. This camera is a real game changer, and with the new gm lenses, my dslr days are fading fast. I do shoot professionally: NCAA sports, dance, weddings and events.

  • Diehard Canon shooter.

After 30+ years of shooting Canon in the motorsports world, shooting EOS-1, 1D, 1D Mk. II, 7D, 7D Mk. II I made the switch. This is the best camera that I've ever used, by a lot. The autofocus is amazing as is the in body and optical stabilization. I have a significant tremor in my left hand that was robbing me of the ability to shoot slower shutter speeds. With the IBIS and OSS turned on, I took sharp pictures at 1/60th and 600mm. That is astonishing!
