    Excellent basic food processor

    Years ago, I cashed in some Coca-Cola rewards points for one of these Hamilton beach food processors. It's a basic design, with no fancy buttons or settings: there is a 3-position switch at the top that allows you to twist the switch from off to a spring-loaded 'on', which shuts off if you release the switch, or you can twist it the other way for constant-on, so it will operate hands-free. Easy to operate, easy to clean, I dropped the cup/bowl once so badly it should have broke, but did not. I have been so happy with this food processor that I bought a second one (same model) for my vacation cabin, simply so I would not have to pack one back-and-forth. The only drawback of this unit is the dome-shape of the switch, which is difficult to twist with wet hands The only

    Lightweight comfortable and durable food processor

    This Hamilton Beach food processor is light weight , durable , and very very easy to clean It has many uses. I personally use it with the S hook to grind potatoes. It can hold at least 6-8 large potatoes that have been cut and cubed, at one time. It is very efficient, and durable and does the job well. The price on this item is very reasonable compared to the higher price products. I am very satisfied with it. I have purchased one previously and have now purchased a second one....

    COMPACT, QUIET, AND EFFICIENT

    Although low in cost, this processor ranks along the high end name brands: Cuisenart, etc. The motor is strong, the blades are sharp and the job gets done every time I use it. Clean up is easy as well. Overall a great product for more than a competitive price.

    Great

    Really good machine. Works well. I had the same same model for several year, just needed a new bowl, I dropped and cracked the old one. Replacement bowl was almost as much as a whole new machine.
