The item that arrived as advertised. A function as intended. The condition was better than I expected. I got some good value for my money. And it has a good appearance. High-quality packaging used. I wasn’t happy about the shipping being delayed by a day, other than that, it was good.Seller was reliable.

Great customer service!! Unfortunately the disc I received was not good quality - it skipped in several places. I contacted the company and explained. They asked me couple of questions then gave me a full refund. Prompt in answering my request and prompt in issuing a refund! Thank you.

  • KUROSAWA'S FIRST-FOUR FILMS......EXCELLENT COLLECTION....

Finding Kurosawa's first films is difficult. This particular re-issue is by Criterion, and provides an excellent version of each of the films. Each DVD is protected by a slim-line jewel-case. The liner-notes included with each DVD are accurate and helpful. The set is a bit expensive....but in the end...it was worth the money.

  • Great early Kurosawa films

I love Kurosawa's early films - especially from the late 1940s.

  • Morality is enduring.

Kurosawa is the best. A real humanist. That this was made at the height of the WWII is unfathomable.
