    Nice counter weight

    It helped to counter balance the tone arm of my turntable allowing me to reduce the cart. wt. and anti skate to 1.25 grams as needed for the stylus I'm using. only thing I needed to modify the factory dust cover by drilling a hole in it so you could close the cover. This allowed the counter wt . to protrude through the cover.

    Technics counterweight

    This counterweight also works for Technics SL1700 MK2 turntable that I purchased around 1979. It allowed me to try a different cartridge.
