Seller claimed supplier sent wrong flags to them. Read Seller's negative reviews and you will see Seller used same excuse multiple times (Bait & Switch). Seller offered partial refund for inferior flags. After several contacts with Seller, seeking complete refund & Return Shipping label, Seller kept offering partial refund. eBay had to intercede. I mailed back printed flags and received complete refund.
