Horrible service. Paid Sept 17, due Oct 03. Arrived Oct 09 and the order was incomplete with missing bolts to attach the two frame sections. I expected better from a German provider. Would not order from these folks again. Remember "Returns not accepted" otherwise they could take this mess back due to poor delivery service and incomplete order.

The lift was supposed to be delivered earliest on June 5th, 2023 and latest on June 15th, 2023. I have sent a message to the seller (motorform) requesting additional information about delivery and have heard nothing from the seller. There has been really NO communication from the seller at all. Additionally, the seller says NO RETURN but that was not specified before the purchase was made. Is this a seller that eBay has verified? eBay, please help!!!
