Great pre-surgical food preperation
I've been using these seal bags for several years. I just had back surgery and I expected a recovery time to heal. Standing, I knew, wasn't going to be high on my list of fun things to do. I prepared meals prior to the surgery, put the sealed meal in the bag, and tossed it into the refrigerator or freezer. Then, it's a simple nuke it and eat it.
