These are fantastic just what we're after! Such care and attention taken to package the glasses incredibly well to the long haul international shipping! Many thanks!

Thrilled with this item! Larger and better made than the pictures gave it credit for. I thought I was buying a medium sized tea container made out of cherry with a bird's eye maple veneer. Turned out I bought what is definitely hand—turned cherry but the bird’s eye maple parts are SOLID bird’s eye maple! I think this is definitely of the colonial era, and appears to be a huge tobacco canister. It’s definitely handmade and well done. Packaged with extreme care and delivered within a few days.

This is just a beautiful piece of glass, sadly it arrived with a broken base which was not the fault of the seller. He did very good job of packing the item but due to the rough, poor handling of the USPS and one could see this by looking at one corner of the large box it was sent in. A warning to all be sure and save your mailing receipt as you must have it along with either pictures or the actual item broken to try and get your money from the post office.
