    I was supposed to be shipped an 18x24 frame when item arrived it stated on the box it was 18x24. I opened it and it turned out to be a 16×20.     Even though i thought it would come with glass it came with acrylic, size 13x17 is right kind of in between the 12x18 gray area. Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear.
