The new mounting plate screws holes do not allow for the module to fit without coming in contact with the points cam. Called Mallory tech support and they suggested I return the item because they believe the plate was not manufactured correctly. Unfortunately, the item cannot be returned. I’m Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to using this product. I do not recommend this product for a 1970 Dodge 318 engine.
