    I was super polite for weeks. They replied a couple of times in the beginning saying they were too busy to send it, then they stopped responding. Weeks later I finally had eBay step in and refund my $68. I don't understand why a seller would ghost someone who is being polite and understanding about their troubles. I wish we could have gotten this rug.

    After waiting 2 weeks for seller to ship item and 3 weeks for item to arrive I find out item is obviously not open box condition. Seller by using that term must think it gives him some selling advantage. Not pleased with overall experience had ask seller to ship item after 2 weeks. Response was he didn’t realize it had sold because of re listing yet he has 30 ish items listed at all times. Poor seller
