I like the wood of this razor better than my Feather DX wood handle razor both in looks and in feel. The razor is well made. The bump does not get in the way of shaving and you can use a regular straight razor angle to shave with it. The raised parts on the side of the blade holder probably aid in preventing the razor from sticking to your face. The jimps are adequate. I would recommend this razor.
