Spring/suspensions as described. But, keep in mind these are for clocks with longer pendulums. I cut and installed one in a black case mantle clock(Ingraham very light pendulum and short wire) and it has trouble running, since the springs are quite strong. Too strong for short wire mantle clocks, but fabulous for long wire kitchen and parlor style clocks. Also well suited for 1800s American wall clocks as well. Saved several clocks with worn out OG springs using these! Would buy again. Thanks!
