I wasn't expecting a lot but at least in new working. Not worth my time to waste on trying to return it and wait for another one. This is why I stopped buying from ebay awhile ago. It appears that everything I order from ebay seems to have issues/problems. I would have to guess it was not tested. Make this one a Heavy Pass if you're looking at reviews to order it.
