The stylus looks good... Pen is nothing like what was described. It was expected to have captive screen drawing capabilities on both the pointed end and the round tip end. This is the only reason I bought it... But it's only the round tip end which makes this product decieving... I could have gotten a round tipped stylus from the cheap shop for $1.. what a waste of money..

Hi there,
We received the HP 950 printhead and we installed, after print out no color but black/white only. We had found out CMY carriage printhead inside something like bearing steel bead loose out. Hope you can solve this problems as soon as possible. Thank you
