Sent two emails no one got back to me
Ordered on 16th November paid the extra shipping to have it delivered before a certain date for a gift and it did not ship out till November 22 said it was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd
Tracking details with UPS say it’s been picked up but no one can tell me where it is
Canadian seller but shipped out of USA not sure why
At the end of the day I paid extra shipping to get it and it’s going to show up well beyond its expected delivery date

Worst customer service, they indicate item was shipped when in fact they didn't. Provided tracking number when asked only to indicate a label created no package shipped. Single email response from customer service over the course of six weeks after purchase and still no sign of item. Borderline fraudulent. Asked eBay to intervene.
