The item that I had I took pictures. I pulled it out of the box. The box was not damaged. It was in clear plastic. I never opened the plastic, and it was obviously a bad product. It was stained. The inside of a plastic was stained, and the doll was actually stained, so I requested a refund and sent in the pictures. I am being charged a return fee of almost 7 dollars. It’s not that I did not like the product. The product was not well put together. I was not even offered a replacement. Horrible!!!
