This was a very easy seller to deal with and very responsive to questions. Trackable delivery information was available to Perth, Australia. Fast delivery. The sublimation vacuum press was well-packaged. The instruction manual is lacking, and surprisingly, there is not much current online video instruction material either, a few manufacturer ones and a couple of Brazilian videos. The question is "Would I buy again from this supplier again?" the answer is a YES. :-) Thanks Gary.
