It's a Dremel
Dremel is good. However, I don't think these are as good at "cutting" as some of the "generic" ones. I use these for "grinding" using the sides, not the edge. I think they work great for that (with steel). For "cutting" they've always been too fragile for me. I break these quicker than a chef cracking eggs for omelets on Sunday morning. But I do love them for side grinding.

Does the job
Make custom, one-of-a-kind knives and used a tin snip to cut sheet metal and hand saw for tubes and rods. Getting older and hands weaker, started using these Cut-Off Wheels and they do the job faster and better. Would be in trouble without them.
