    Perfect for Beginners

    This DVD is perfect for beginners. Marlon takes it slow and from a "newbie" perspective in this video. I recommend watching her introduction and beginner practice before diving in. This video has four 25 minute practices to keep things interesting. Unlike other yoga videos, this one I enjoyed because I could actually follow along.

    Yoga For Absolute Beginners

    This was not what I expected. Definitely not for beginners. I will need to find a DVD that is geared more for teaching the Yoga moves from the very beginning. I was disappointed in this DVD, however, I will keep it for when I am more advanced in Yoga moves.

    Very good for stretching

    This is very relaxing. This is very good for stretching and trying to become more flexible. I do find a it hard to breathe the way she does. So far I like but I haven't done it long enough to she results so I don't know if it will tone my legs but I did feel way better after the meditation. I like it and I will be doing this everyday.
