When the rim finally arrived, there was a COD charge attached to it. I notified the seller. He told me he wished that I would have paid for it and he could’ve reimbursed me the difference. But when I told the postman he logged it in the computer has refused, since that moment, there has been no communication with the seller, although I have reached out 5 times.
